This personal training course in Ed Parker's American Kenpo is specifically designed to enlighten both student and instructor on principles, basics, and inter-relationships of techniques that have often been overlooked in the traditional Kenpo curriculum. Mr. Kelley's goal is to help every Kenpo student, whether beginner or advanced, unlock and understand the "DNA Code" of information, which makes up the underlying structure of Mr. Parker's system. Techniques are demonstrated in the "ideal phase" to clarify principles, promote accuracy, encourage economy of motion, and aid in viewer retention.
